Returns for service must be sent in. Any shipping carrier is acceptable - we recommend a trackable method. Include your contact info and a brief description of the issue. Per the guarantee, there are no refunds & we do not pay for or arrange inbound shipping. Chains needing service must be sent to us and will not be serviced at any retail stores or on any cruise ships. Please ensure items are securely packaged. There is no place else to have chains serviced other than the above address.
